When the loading is completed, Survey report and samples are issued by Caleb Brett, and bunker barge tanks are sealed by Customs accordingly.
STEP 5
Bunker Barge is ready for the supply. CYE Petrol head office/operation provides her with the necessary instructions for the most efficient delivery.


STEP 6
On board of the Receiving Vessel; Custom Officers, Surveyor, Receiving Vessel representant and Bunker Barge’s authorised person open the Custom Seals.
STEP 7
Surveyor and Receiving Vessel representant confirms the quantity decleration according to calibration. Necessary documents are issued.


STEP 8
When quantity for the requested quality is confirmed, hoses are connected, flanges are secured. Precautions are taken against pollution. Bunker Barge is ready for supply.
STEP 9
With receiving vessel’s instruction, pumping starts.


STEP 10
During the bunker supply, samples are obtained by dripping method. 2 samples are given to Receiving vessel. 1 sample (MARPOL sample) , clearly indicated with red sticker, is given to the Vessel representant. 2 samples are kept by the bunker barge. All samples are signed, stamped and sealed according to MARPOL regulations.
STEP 11
When the pumping is over, hoses are disconnected. Receiving Vessel’s representetives are invited for quantity/calibration calculations. Custom Officials join them for documentation.


STEP 12
When the quantity supplied is confirmed, necessary documents are exchanged. Bunker supply is over. Bunker Barge waits for Master’s instructions for safe unmooring.
