CYE PETROL TIC LTD STI was founded on May 12th, 1988 by Cahit Yalçın ERAYDIN.
During those days Iraq was fighting Iran, so almost all of Iraqi Petroleum products
were sold to Europe throught Turkey. The products were transported via so called
truck pipeline to terminals like Iskenderun and Mersin from Iraqi refineries and depots,
and then loaded on sea going vessels. The Company gained her first experience in

Mr. Alparslan Demir, the name identified with CYE Petrol retired. Mr. Demir, known as “ Alp “ by his close surroundings, has been serving as General Manager since the establishment of CYE Petrol (1988).
